Electric Skillet Chocolate-Hazelnut Stuffed French Toast
We love French toast and we love Nutella. Combine these two goods in delicious ways with this recipe for electric skillet French toast stuffed with hazelnut chocolate spread.
Spread some chocolate hazelnut spread over one slice of French bread and cover with the other slice. Press them together with your hands. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
8 slices French baguette, ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk and white sugar.
4 eggs, ¼ cup milk, 4 teaspoons white sugar
Soak the sandwiches in the egg mixture, until they have absorbed the liquid on both sides.
Melt the butter in the skillet. Add the sandwiches and cook for around 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Serve topped with fresh berries or apple slices and powdered sugar, if desired.
