Cover and gently simmer the wine at 200ºF for 30 minutes. Don't let it come to a boil (If it is bubbling too hard in the skillet, you can turn it down to warm).
Use a strainer to remove the solids.
Serve warm in heatproof glasses or mugs. If desired, you can garnish with extra dehydrated orange slices, cinnamon sticks and star anise.
Notes
Fridge Storage: Once cooled, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat: Reheat it back up in the electric skillet on warm or low heat.
