Ingredients

cups
green apples
cleaned, cored and chopped (don’t peel them)
2
kiwis
peeled and chopped
2
cups
strawberries
hulled and quartered (small strawberries can just be halved)
2
tablespoons
liquid honey
2
tablespoons
orange juice
freshly squeezed
whipped cream topping
for serving
fresh mint leaves
to garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a large glass bowl, combine all of the fruit.
Whisk together the honey and orange juice in a separate small bowl.
Drizzle it over the fruit salad.
Toss to combine.
Transfer to individual bowls. Serve with the whipped cream topping and fresh mint leaves (if using).
Notes
This salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days in an airtight container.
This recipe can easily be scaled up for more guests.
