green apples
cleaned, cored and chopped (don’t peel them)

kiwis
peeled and chopped
2
cups
strawberries
hulled and quartered (small strawberries can just be halved)
2
tbsp.
liquid honey
2
tbsp.
orange juice
fresh or unsweetened
Whipped cream topping
for serving
Fresh mint leaves
to garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a large glass bowl, combine all of the fruit.
Whisk together the honey and orange juice in a separate small bowl. Drizzle it over the fruit salad and toss to combine.
Serve with the whipped cream topping and fresh mint leaves (if using) in individual bowls.
Notes
This salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
This recipe can easily be scaled up for more guests.
