How to Bake Brie

- 1 wedge Brie cheese around 400 gr.
- 1 cup sauteed mushrooms
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup honey
- Fresh oregano leaves
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F. Place the Brie cheese in the cast iron skillet.
Add the mushrooms, walnuts, honey and oregano leaves to the pan. (Reserve some of the oregano leaves to serve.)
Bake until melted - around 10 minutes. Serve with crackers and the reserved oregano leaves.
