Ingredients

  • 1 wedge Brie cheese around 400 gr.
  • 1 cup sauteed mushrooms
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Fresh oregano leaves

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F. Place the Brie cheese in the cast iron skillet.

  • Add the mushrooms, walnuts, honey and oregano leaves to the pan. (Reserve some of the oregano leaves to serve.)
