For the hummus, combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides down a couple of times.
Serve in a bowl with the suggested toppings.
Notes
Any extra dip can be stored in an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Or, store it in a freezer-safe container for up to 4 months. Thaw it in the refrigerator when ready to use. The texture may change a little from the freezing process.
