Mix the orange juice, honey and ginger together in a bowl.
Place the pineapple slices inside a plastic bag, and pour the orange juice inside to marinate. Let it sit for at least 2 hours (so that they really absorb the juice).
Gas grill: Heat grill to medium. Turn off half of the burners for an indirect and direct heat source.Charcoal: Heat the coals of the grill and place them on one side of the barbecue, to have a zone of direct heat and another of indirect heat in order to have an area to keep the pineapple warm after grilling. Grill the pineapple slices until browned. Turn them over and grill them on the other side (around 10 minutes per side). They can be brushed with the marinade halfway through cooking.
