Lightly oil the cake pop maker cooking plates and plug it in to heat it up (it only takes a few minutes).
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the middle of the flour mixture and combine well.
Pour the batter into the cake pop maker cavities using a teaspoon (fill them about 1mm from the top). Close the lid and bake them until done, about 4 minutes. Remove the cake pops and let them cool for a few minutes.
You may have to take off some excess cake that leaked around the ball. Insert the treat sticks and serve.
