Lightly oil the cake pop maker cooking plates and plug it in to heat it up (it only takes a few minutes).
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the middle of the flour mixture and combine well.
Pour the batter into the cake pop maker cavities using a teaspoon (fill them about 1mm from the top). Close the lid and bake them until done, about 4 minutes. Remove the cake balls and let them cool for a few minutes.
You may have to take off some excess cake that leaked around the ball. Simply break it off. Insert the treat sticks and serve.
Notes
To store your cake pops, they can be left at room temperature in a sealed container or a plastic bag for up to a week.
To keep them longer, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Freeze in plastic freezer bags to keep for up to three months.
