Peach Pop Bellini
Peaches and sparkling wine combine for a flavor like no other!! This Peach Pop Bellini recipe brings the traditional taste of the classic cocktail with a bit of a twist. It's the quintessential combination of sparkling wine and fruit, perfect for holidays and celebrations or just for next Sunday's brunch.
Drain approximately half of the liquid out of the canned peaches. Blend the peaches until smooth. Pour them into ice molds.
Let them freeze for about 1 hour. When they start getting hard, insert the wooden sticks.
Let them freeze for another hour (or until completely solid).
Pour 4 oz. sparkling wine into each Champagne flute. Insert the frozen peaches and enjoy!
