pound
wild salmon fillets
with skin
3
tablespoons
whole grain mustard
3
tablespoons
liquid honey
1
tablespoon
olive oil
¼
cup
fresh parsley
chopped

Instructions
Heat electric skillet to 325ºF. In a bowl, mix the mustard and honey. Reserve half of it for serving.
Brush the other ½ of the honey-mustard glaze over the top of the salmon fillets (not the skin side).
Grease the electric skillet with olive oil and add the salmon fillets, skin side down.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes (or until desired doneness).
Serve with chopped fresh parsley and the rest of the honey-mustard glaze.
Notes
Serve it with rice, potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables or your favorite side dish.
Electric skillets are great for taking camping, as long as you have a serviced campsite or room in the RV.
Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
