Lime Sauce
This
creamy lime sauce
is zesty, slightly sweet and super delicious. I created this sauce as the perfect match for blackened chicken, but it also tastes amazing with everything from spicy fish tacos to roasted veggies.

Ingredients

cup
mayo
2
limes
zested
2
tablespoons
lime juice
freshly squeezed
1 ½
tablespoons
agave nectar
or liquid honey

teaspoon
cumin
salt
to taste

Instructions
Whisk the mayo, lime zest, lime juice, agave nectar and cumin together in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Season with salt, to taste.
Transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle. Use as desired.
Notes
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
This sauce is specifically for blackened chicken and other spicy foods.
Use it as a dressing and drizzle it over a blackened chicken salad.
Add to blackened chicken sandwiches, pulled pork, spicy shrimp, tacos, rice bowls and wraps.
