Cake Pop Maker
Pizza cutter or round cookie cutter
2garlic clovesfinely minced
1tsp.Italian seasoning mix
¼cupcrunchy bacon bitsor diced ham
1pizza dough ball (8 oz.)or an 8 oz. sheet of puff pastry
Lightly oil the cake pop maker plates. Mix cheeses, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, bacon, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Roll out dough on a floured table.
Use a pizza cutter to cut out 24 squares. Alternatively, you can use a round cookie cutter to make circles.
Place 1 tsp. of filling in one of the squares, close it in your hand and roll it to form an even ball. (If it gets sticky, you can add a bit of flour.) Repeat with the remaining squares. Preheat the cake pop maker.
Place the balls in the cake pop maker. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden toned. If they didn't brown evenly, you can flip them over and cook until golden on both sides.
Repeat with remaining dough balls. Let cool 1 to 2 minutes.
