How to Make Banana Ice Cream
Believe it or not, we can show you how to make ice cream using bananas and nothing else. This one-ingredient, non-dairy dessert remarkably resembles the original.
- 1-2 bananas if using frozen, skip to step #3
Cut the banana in big chunks. (or use a pre-frozen banana and skip to step #3)
Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for 1 day.
Process the frozen banana until smooth and very creamy.
Scoop out the banana ice cream into a dessert dish.
Optional: Grate vegan chocolate on top of the ice cream. Serve and enjoy!
