Sink your teeth into these delicious BBQ buffalo wings, cooked to perfection in an electric skillet. These wings have a sweet, tangy, smoky combination of flavors that pop in your mouth!
Sprinkle the chicken wings with the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Let them sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat electric skillet to 250ºF and add the oil. Add the chicken wings to the skillet.
Cover the skillet with the lid and cook them for 15 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 15 minutes (with the lid off), or until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Meanwhile: In a bowl, add the butter, hot sauce, vinegar, BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, give it a stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again, making sure the butter is melted.
Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the sauce and mix well to coat them.
Serve with chopped parsley.
