Joss is a home cook with a strong interest in culinary arts. Working closely alongside professional chefs and food photographers, she brings to 'In the Kitch' tasty home-made recipe creations with a touch of gourmet flair. She was born and raised on a grain farm. Now, she enjoys the small-city life in Canada with her husband and 2 little sidekicks (her kids) who love to help out with every meal they can!
Alanna was brought up to love all things food. As she got older, she went on a spiritual and emotional journey that eventually led her to practice intuitive eating. She is now a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and is thoroughly enjoying teaching people how to take care of themselves not only physically, but mentally.

Living on a farm like I have for almost 40 years means there is always something to do year round. Winter is long but Christmas, crafts, sewing and baking keep me quite occupied. Early spring to fall is the time I enjoy most. Living on a farm gives you plenty of room for gardens and orchards, reaping what you sow. I believe that if we use or eat something and I can make or grow it, I'm going to!
