Creative Salad Recipes

Here I have creative salad recipes that offer much more than your typical greens and pre-made dressing. Some of these salads are on the lighter side and best accompanied by a main like this burrata salad. I also have this delicious, kimchi potato salad--a BBQ favorite.

Other salads can be eaten as a main as they are heartier, such as this popular kimchi salad with tuna and a homemade dressing or my smoked salmon pasta salad.
