Electric Skillet Sausage
Ingredients
- 4 Bratwurst sausages - or your favorite sausage
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil - such as canola, peanut, grapeseed, avocado, etc.
- condiments - mustard, sauerkraut, etc.
Instructions
- Heat the electric skillet to 325°F. Grease with the cooking oil.
- Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F, about 12-15 minutes total.
- Serve with mustard and sauerkraut on the side, if desired.
